3 DAYS LAKE MANYARA/TARANGIRE/NGORONGORO NATIONAL PARK SAFARI

The journey begins and ends in Tanzania, the safari, includes visiting the following places,visiting the National Park of Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro as well as Tarangire National Park. In all of these tourist destinations you will enjoy a lot of sports. This journey takes you to the Ngorongoro crater which is one of Africa’s highest concentrations. The sight of the beautiful wildlife is astonishing. The same safari will lead you to the Lake Manyara National Park, the most beautiful park in the Great Valley, comprising of the huge, shallow Soda Lake. The trip also takes you to Tarangire National Park with some of Tanzania’s largest game species.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Lake Manyara

Upon arrival, you will be met by one of our safari guides in Arusha, he will give you a brief highlights of your 3 days safari. Thereafter, you will embark on your journey passing through Lake Manyara National park which covers about 130kms. Arriving here in time for lunch after, you will proceed to the park one of the natural areas with abundant wildlife and large and shallow soda lake spanning two thirds of the entire park, which is located on the foot of the western rift valley’s hills. The park has lots of wildlife and many flamingos attracted to the lake. The largest concentration of elephants, tree climbing lions.

Day 2: Transfer from Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast and after you will begin our trip on a half-day game drive to the majestic crater. The park is also considered to include black rhino, gamebeest, zebras, alder-beest, buffalos, warthogs, hippos, giant elephants and is famous for big predators such as tigers, jacks, hyenas, cheetah and the ever-elusive leopards. This crater is one of the most densely populated areas of African biodiversity in the country. You will have a picnic lunch at the crater and then we’ll transfer to Tarangire National park.

Day 3: Transfer from Tarangire to Arusha

After an early morning breakfast, you will head for an early morning game drive which is one of the best time for game viewing as you will have an opportunity to catch the early morning rises and also have a chance to spot animals that you have missed during the previous game drive. This park runs along the lines of the famed Tarangire River and is made up of low-lying hills on the plateau of the Grand Rift Valley. Acacia forests and African giant baobab trees with large swamps to the south are the natural habitats of this area. Both the river and the marsh are a lure during the dry season for wild animals. It is also known to contain Africa’s biggest herd of elephants. The ringed oared oryx, the larger Kudu, the few Ashy starlings are also the home of the three rare animal species. Later you will return to the lodge for lunch as you prepare to start your journey back to Arusha town, the guide will drop off to the airport or the lodge or the drop off location of point of your choice marking the end of the 3 day safari.
