The Serengeti National Park is one of the most prominent national parks in Tanzania, located in the northwest. The park is known for its regular movement of over 250,000 zebras, crocodiles, honey badger and 1,5 million wilds bearded wildebeest. The National Park of Serengeti was built in 1921 and set up in 1951. The park spans about 14,750 square kilometres of savannah, river woodland, grasslands and trees. the park is a host to several attractions including many animal species, including: 2,500 lions 1000 leopards, African Bush elephants, Africans buffaloes, eastern black Rhinoceros, Thomson’s and Grant’s, wildebeests, topis, river bucks, eland, strewn hyenas, painted hyenas, baboons, East African wild dogs, impalas and labyrinth giraffes and over 500 birds, including vultures, love birds, fowls and sea-farers, martial eagles, crowned crane, Marabou storks, Kori bastard, ostriches and many others.

Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Rise up Early morning, you will have breakfast at your lodge or hotel in Arusha, and by 7:00am, you will start your journey to Serengeti National Park, the journey covers about 335km from Arusha town. This is known as world heritage site and is the oldest of the National Parks. It is renowned mainly for its annual wildebeest, 200,000 zebras and 300,000 gazelles of Thomson that emigrate in the months of May, June, July, October, November and December. You can sign in at the lodge and enjoy a walking safari inside the park upon arrival in the park.

Day 2: Have Full day game viewing in the park

After an early morning breakfast at the lodge, Experience a morning game drive where you’ll see many animal species on this safari, including the Tanzania buffalos, tigers, giraffes, topi, eland, Zebras, kongoni, Eagles, lone leopards, impalas, Haynes, cheetahs, house cats, wild dog, lizards, the black rhines Rhinos. You’ll see many other wildlife in the morning on this safari. Other birds can be found also on a safari in the area, including birds of shame, black eagles, strange, ostrich, Kori coward, crowned crane, military eagle, birds of affection, stork of marabou and so on. Returning in the afternoon to the lodge for lunch and enjoy the day at the lodge
