Bisesero Genocide Memorial Centre

Bisesero Genocide Memorial Centre

This genocide memorial site is found in Kibuye Rwanda with 60 km drive to access it, with an estimated 40,000 people believed to have been murdered at this place. It is well known because the Tutsis tried to resist their invaders in the hills of Bisesero and used primitive weapons such as stones and sticks to defend off their Hutu foes but these did not help much in providing protection to them selves when finally, they failed, they were butchered to death.
