Ethiopian weather and climate – Ethiopia’s climate and weather varies from one region to another and it ranges from tropical climate to a desert climate. In the dry season in the months of November, December, January and December, the averages temperature ranges from 25 degrees Celsius with little or no rainfall received in this period, this is the best time to enjoy classic unique wildlife viewing in the country’s national parks. In the dry season in the months of January to April the weather I s dry thus it is the great and best time to visit the lower Omo valley and it is during this period that Ethiopia people are having a lot of traditional celebrations of the year.
The rainy season is experienced in the months of March April, May, June July, September, August and October. In the rainy/wet season, there is a lot of rainfall that is received; the weather is characterized by soaring temperatures and humidity, especially in the areas of Addis Ababa, Lalibela, Aksum and Gondar.
