Access is either by air charter from Entebbe Airport or Kajjansi Airstrip or by road. Driving to Gorilla Mist Camp is a bout 405km from Kampala to south western Uganda and covers approximately 10 hours drive to get there. It’s quite a long journey but an interesting one as you get to view some of the attractions on your way along the country side to keep you on track.
By air the time taken is a bout 45minutes flight from Entebbe International Airport in Entebbe or kajjansi airstrip in Kajjansi (the distance from the city is approx. 15km from Kampala city) to Kisoro airstrip or Kihihi airstrip. Gorilla Mist Camp is 3hrs drive from the airstrip.
