Gorilla Valley Lodge rates, facilities
Gorilla valley lodge is located just adjacent to Bwindi impenetrable national park. It is a mid range lodge providing a variety of facilities for tourists on their gorilla safari. It will not require you to travel long distance in the morning to go for gorilla trekking. The lodge is frequently visited by mountain gorillas and other residents of Bwindi forest.
Gorilla valley lodge is located on one of the hills in Rushaga area where you can have clear sights of the forest and beyond and this makes it an outstanding place to stay at for a vacation. The whispers of the forest and songs of birds give a great feeling of the jungle experience.
The lodge consists of 12 spacious rooms with private bathroom and toilets. The rooms are built on a steep slope for the best views of the forest. They are well furnished with comfortable beds and are prepared each morning by the staffs. The rooms have private verandas where you can relax after the day time activities like gorilla trekking, bird watching and others.
The dining area is big and comfortable, overlooking the beautiful green forest. They serve a variety of dishes including African, American, European and Indian among others.

Getting there
The lodge is situated on the right hand side of the main road in Rushaga from Kabale. It takes about 10 hours on road from Kampala or Entebbe.
