Getting there
Ruhija Gorilla Friends and campsite is located in Ruhija sector in the northern part of the park. you can reach there by road or air. You can access Ruhija from Kampala via Kabale to Ruhija or from Kampala through Rukungiri, Kihihi via Butogota to Ruhija. The journey takes 8-9 hours by road.
By air, guests fly to Kihihi airstrip and connect from Kihihi to Ruhija. The flight takes about one and a half hours and the drive from Kihihi to Ruhija takes approximately 2 hours.
