The camp was named after the known flat topped thorn trees known as tortilis which are found in the park. It is a luxury accommodation with spacious en-suite tented rooms which is under an umbrella of thatched roofing. It is an ecological camp that was constructed out of natural materials which give it an amazing appearance that blends with the environment. The camp offers you an opportunity to enjoy wildlife viewing while at the terrace of your room since its accommodation is overlooking the water hole which attracts a lot of majestic wildlife animal’s that come to quench off their thirsty.
